Taylor Roberts, DC

Dr. Roberts is a chiropractor who graduated with honors from Southern California University of
Health Sciences in 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from California State
University of Long Beach.

She is passionate in helping individuals take the next step toward achieving their goals and
enhancing their overall well-being. Her patient-centered approach integrates evidence-based
clinical research and a diagnostic focus to guide patient care. She utilizes diversified
adjustments, myofascial release techniques, and corrective exercises to address injury recovery,
athletic performance, pain management and postural improvements.

Dr. Roberts is a firm believer in the value of physical, mental, and spiritual health. Outside of her
clinical work, she has a background in Olympic weightlifting, having competed at the USA
Weightlifting Senior National Championships in both 2021 and 2022. She also enjoys yoga,
dance, hiking, camping, and meditation practices, reflecting her holistic view of health and
wellness.

Anthony Werbelow, DC

Dr. Werbelow has more than 20 years experience specializing in soft tissue injuries from sports, work, and auto accidents. He also specializes in non-surgical treatment for disc and nerve injuries. He utilizes various adjusting techniques in his practice to fit his patients’ needs. These techniques include diversified adjusting, trigger point therapy and therapeutic exercise. He is committed to not just treating the symptoms but treating the whole patient by correcting his or her problems with chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy, exercise, and postural changes.

In 1989, Dr. Werbelow received a BA in Exercise Physiology from Occidental College in Los Angeles. For 10 years he developed and implemented exercise rehabilitation programs for Physical Therapy clinics and played professional football in Europe. In 1999, Dr Werbelow received his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree from Cleveland Chiropractic College of Los Angeles, graduating Summa Cum Laude. In 2008, Dr. Werbelow designed a multi-phasic rehabilitation program and was asked to present the program to Chiropractors nation-wide.

After spending 10 years practicing in Los Angeles, Dr Werbelow and his family now reside in North County San Diego to which he happily joined the team at Active Mobility. He spends his spare time promoting health and fitness in the community, participating in community events, playing golf, working out, running, body surfing and hiking.

Ron Cottrell, DC, DACBSP

Dr. Ron Cottrell has been in private practice in the city of Vista, CA for the past 25 years. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton where he competed as an NCAA Division I wrestler. He then pursued his Doctorate in Chiropractic from the Southern California University of Health Sciences. For more than 20 years he has used his training as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Practitioner to assist a variety of community sports organizations including Rancho Buena Vista, Vista, and Oceanside high schools, as well as Vista and Oceanside Pop Warner football. Dr. Cottrell later achieved the highest sports injury certification within the chiropractic field as a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sport Physician’s (DACBSP).

Dr. Cottrell is very passionate about keeping athletes safe and healthy as they train and compete in their various sports. He has extensive training and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of sports related injuries of all kinds including spine, extremities, concussion, and pre/post-surgical. Whether assessing athletes on the sideline or in his office, Dr. Cottrell will always take time to listen to his patients, do a thorough examination, and get the diagnosis correct before laying out a customized plan of action.

As a health and fitness enthusiast, Dr. Cottrell applies the principles of healthy living to his everyday life and feels very blessed to have the opportunity to lead others down that path. He is extremely grateful for every opportunity he gets to partner with each patient, discover their individual goals, and map out a plan to achieve those goals by combining joint manipulation, soft tissue techniques, and therapeutic exercises.
