The reward of seeing people moving better, healing injuries, improving imbalances, achieving goals, and overcoming physical challenges is what drives Gina’s passion for her clients. Originally from Colombia, in 2008 Gina found herself in a new country, learning a new language, and struggling with depression while her husband was deployed. Her doctor recommended exercise as part of her treatment plan and her new passion for movement was born.
Gina holds an Associates of Liberal Arts with Emphasis in Applied Health, Nutrition, and Kinesiology, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish, and a Master of Science in Sports and Rehabilitation Sciences. Her education combined with 10 years of experience has given her a unique ability to help clients with with nutrition, corrective exercise, as well as mindset. In Fall of 2022, Gina will begin her courseworks towards a PhD in Health Sciences and Human Performance.
Gina has helped and guided many individuals’ athletic performance, injury rehabilitation and prevention, weight loss, weight gain, and behavioral change using effective and evidence-based methods that have allowed them to be successful and have long-lasting results.
