CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Everyone did a great job and we thank you for participating in the 30 in 30 ACTIVE CHALLENGE. Our next Challenge is the Oceanside Turkey Trot 5K on Thanksgiving day. If you sign up as part of the Active Mobility Team (before November 9) you will receive a team  'ACTIVE MOBILITY JERSEY' for Race Day. HOW TO GET STARTED

1. Sign up for the Challenge by emailing activemobility@me.com and include your name, email address and city. Please specify whether you are currently a patient at Active Mobility Chiropractic in your email.

2. Join our Facebook Page and record your mileage.

3. Start exercising! You must complete 30 miles in 30 days. To help you along, we have an organized walking group that meets three days per week. If you walk with this group, you areguaranteed to meet your goal of 30 miles in 30 days. If you choose to exercise by yourself, that is great too and welcomed.

4. All exercise types (running, walking, swimming, cycling) are welcomed. If you bike, the exchange rate is 5 miles on a bike equals 1 mile running or walking. If you swim 1 mile it equals 3 miles of running or walking.


5. Invite your friends and family to join our 30 in 30 Challenge. All are welcome.


6. Have fun, be safe and FEEL GREAT!



ELIGIBILITY


You do not have to be a patient of Active Mobility to participate in this Challenge. Anyone may post (on Facebook) and record your success to help you achieve your goal.



PRIZES


Prizes will be awarded at the end of the Challenge (patients only). 


Coupons and other goodies will be offered throughout the Challenge.
