Betty received her BS in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in 1985. She has been working in the orthopedic out-patient setting in Southern California since that time and has treated ages ranging from 10-90. She has attended numerous continuing education courses for the spine and extremities over the years. Recently she has become a certified ART provider for the management of soft tissue injuries. Betty specializes in the treatment of orthopedic and sports injuries, overuse injuries, spine and extremity injuries as well as in injury prevention programs.

Betty has been married for 23 years and has three children. She has  an active lifestyle which includes volunteering at her church, her children's swimteam as well as at the schools. She is also a devoted athlete and enjoys swimming, cycling, running, and waterskiing.
